Keeping this up here so I can get ideas for the fic.
Queen Serenity and Tusinko Ikuko
Ikuko and Kenji are already married and have been unable to have a child. Queen Serenity visits Ikuko in a dream where they make love. Ikuko wakes up the next morning and a few days later takes a test. She is pregnant and can't wait to tell Kenji. Ikuko does not think anymore about the silver haired woman from her dream until the day Usagi is born with a crescent moon on her brow but Queen Serenity's spirit is in the delivery room and she waves her hand and the "birthmark" disappears. (I was talking to PhoenixMadien and this pair just popped in my head. Then I came up with this idea for a fic.)

First Sailor Jupiter
There were two tribes on Jupiter: Amazons and men. Most of the time the Amazons and the men were at war but there were certain times when the Amazons would raid the men’s village. If an Amazon bore a son she would give him to the father and his tribe to be raised. If she bore a daughter she would be raised as an Amazon. It was rare but sometimes an Amazon would leave her tribe to spend the rest of her days with a single man.

First Sailor Venus
Aiko was the product of a one night stand her mother met at a part. Aiko's grandmother wonders if the Aiko's father was a married man and Aiko wonders the same thing when she learns of how she came into this world. It is not uncommon on Venus for the people to love freely but occasionally people do settle down with one person for the rest of their lives.

Ikuko Takeuchi and Kenji Tusinko (Usagi's parents)
****I gave Ikuko Naoko's last name because I think I read somewhere that Usagi's parents were modeled after her own parents.

Seako Wantanabe and Toma Mizuno (Ami's parents)
****The names Wantanabe and Toma from Richforce
****I figured that Seako would keep her last name after the divorced because she was already a well known doctor.
****Ami's father is an artist which is stated in the manga and anime. He normally sends her a painted card for her birthday.

Risa Hino and Takashi Sendai (Rei's parents)
Risa Hino was a shrine maiden at the Hikawa Shrine where for father Saburo Hino was the head priest. The Hino family and the Sendai family have been connected for many generations because the Hino family bought the hill where the shrine now stands from the Sendai family who sold the land because they needed money. Takashi Sendai saw Risa Hino at the shrine and immediately fell captive to her beauty. He was on his way to climbing the political ladder and sought to use the Hino family name to get ahead which is why one he marries Risa and Rei is born is why he seems like he does not care about his family. Risa Hino loved Takashi with all her heart and soul. Takashi may have truly loved her at one point but he was so driven by ambition to make a name for himself in politics that no one really knows.
Saburo Hino had two brothers who were twins Ito Hino and Arai Hino who were named for their maternal grandfather Kei (blessed or lucky) Arai Ito who was named Arai after his maternal grandfather's last name. Saburo was the only one of the three brothers that did not go to war but stayed at home to care for the temple. Ito and Arai served and were killed during WWII.
****It was never stated in the manga/anime/PGSM/sera myu what Risa Hino’s maiden name was. I have always felt like Risa was the shrine maiden and that Grandpa Hino was her father so Rei’s father must have taken Risa’s last name when they married because her family must have been more powerful than his. I came up with the last name of Sendai for Takashi’s family name because that is the name of the hill where the real Hikawa Shrine sits.
****The real Hikawa Shrine: There are actually three Hikawa shrines in Minato-ku, located in the Azabu, Akasaka, and Shirokane districts, respectively. The Hikawa Shrine of the manga was based primarily on the one in Azabu (and sits in the exact same location atop Sendai Hill), while its anime counterpart was influenced to a greater degree by the one in Akasaka. The one in Shirokane was one of the two shrine locations for shooting the fictional Hikawa Shrine in the live-action version. The names of real-life Hikawa shrines are written using the kanji "氷" (meaning "ice") for the syllable "hi," rather than "火" (meaning "fire"); the spelling in the series is a play on words highlighting Rei's connection to the planet Mars (火星; lit. "Fire Star") and her fire-based elemental attacks.
